personally, i use the Turnigy Accucell 6 and i LOVE it! I've had it for 2 years, i had to replace the buttons in it just today, but other than that you get a lot for your buck. i think they go for like 22 or 25 off Hobbyking.com. it charges lipo, nimh, nicd, life, and even lead acid. balancer port is built in and runs at 5A. All you need is a power supply, or i am just using a wall plug DC converter.
 
Whats a good charger for charging 4s 5000mah 50c

Any of the above suggestions are great. Right now I'm using a Duratrax onyx 235 that I picked up for $80, works awesome :) if your going to be charging 2-4s batteries for different applications, or have an rc that runs dual batteries, I would go with the onyx 245.
 
I'm using TP610C-ACDC but i get error message of not enough input power
