retarded pilot said:just remember with a kit you will be buying ..a engine, clutch, pipe, servo's, radio /receiver, & sometimes tires ....your looking at $400 - $500 over what the kit costs..
then for any nitro. you will need...glow igniter + charger $20+, couple spare glow plugs $13, nitro fuel $25 - $30 a gallon, & you should buy a receiver hump pack $25, & maybe a failsafe $20
not saying you should or shouldnt buy a kit....just trying to give you all the facts
Spazz said:I know I'm going to be spending around $900-$1000 but all I need first is the buggy and I can get the kit that I want for $460 shipped at towerhobbies.com and I can save up money for the rest of the parts. I'm not in a hurry.
retarded pilot said:not once you get your hands on the kit & start building it...you will sell a kidney to finish it LOL
