Battery Time

On average how long does a 1200 mah reciver pack last under normal use with regular servos and a micro recive? One of the servos is a high torque and the other a regular servo.

I can't tell you a time, but I go by the 4 tank rule. After 4 tanks switch batteries.

I had a 5 cell pack in my maxx, now it's in my savage., i run hard tank after tank.. maybe 2 hours a day.. the battery lasts at least 2 days, sometimes three. So I am saying 4 hours total run time is what I get out of mine, and it is very heavily uised/abused.. it's old

I change mine when I can not longer move.... I let my fail safe tell me it is time for a new battery. lol

I had a fail safe once, and it did just that, FAILED! I had it all set up properly, but when I needed it it just took off. Have you ever heard a VZB run wide open enough to bust the tires off the rim, and show you some foam? It wasn't fun, so that is when I went to the 4 tank rule.
