WTF? I'm totally confused on the hump packs and rechargable battery issue. What hump pack will fit into the Savage 25 and what charger goes with it. What AA batterys/chargers are good? I'm tired of loocking and getting more confused. Please point me in the right direction. I'm going through AA like crazy. Thanks guys

Thanks guys. That hump pack looks good. What makes the first charger better than the second? Also, What are some good AA rechargable batteries, and whats a good AA charger? Once i get the AA stuff ill be totally set for my transmitter and the truck.

Does anyone make a charger that can charge 12-16 batteries at once? Whats the difference between "NIMH" batteries and other kinds? How can you tell which batteries hold more charge

On a side note, when you do purchase your hump pack for the truck it self you may also need to purchase a new "on-off swithch", reason being you don't want to have the head ache of haveing to (A) take off the rx cover to get to the battery pack for recharging, (B) to have to disconnect the terminals for recharging, the new on-off switch will have a seperate "pig tail" for charging that can be left outside of the box and you won't have any of the above mentioned hastles. Should cost about $10.00 (american), as for telling what one holds more charge, look at the rateing of the batterey (i.e. 1200 or 1600) the higher the number the longer the charge will last (I think I got that right??) . Hope this helps in your quest for kicking the disposable battery problem. :boxing:

Where can you purchase on/off switches? Would the new on/off switch be connected between the battery and the stock on/off switch cable.....so that the stock on/off switch will always be on, using the new on/off switch outside the battery case as the functional one? Hope thats not too wordy. I see that some people drill a hole in the batterybox and have the battery cable come outside so it can hook up to the charger easy, but i would love to see a picture of this. any help?
