I was running in my backyard and found a fallen tree (about 10") with dirt pushed up against it to form a ramp, (probably formed by water pushing dirt down the hill against it) and I jumped it.... thinking back, I probably should have lined myself up to it better, but I jumped it and landed funny and snapped a dogbone... so here's the question... is it bad to run in just front wheel drive?

I'd think you'd want to replace it. Per my own experience with parts replacement, it's just really not cost-prohibitive to replace that kind of part.

I personally wouldnt run without the front drive setup. It puts a lot of stress on the rear and tranny, because it wasn't designed to be run that way. Thats just my opinion though.

^^LMAO

I tried running the Savage once without the front dogbone, it was useless, endless doughnuts and wasn't going anywhere fast. Mail order it if you can't make it out to the LHS.

^^^^LMAO^^^^ Seriously, I was rolling!

I ran mine without the REAR when I blew my diff but I was just screwing off and knew I was getting bullet proof diffs. It really wasn't much fun and only lasted about 5 minutes.

I ran my revo like that when i popped my rear diff. It spun like hell, but didn't go anywhere fast.
