Nice. I don't like rice.

Sweet vette... One thing I never got is why spend $20k-40k on a ricer that costs maybe $20k-30k to start with and you're still not as good as an actual sports car such as a vette.

Seems like a real dumb way of burning money... then again I don't see the point in attaching a 3ft hight 7ft wide wing to the back of an escort either. :\

I am with you on that... but did you see some of the price of some of the packages...... yea you get a vette that does the 1/4 in less then 9secs @ 150+ MPH but it will run you over 100K.....

Muscle still rules. Babble on all you want about ignitions, CAI, turbo boost and timing and all that crap. When push comes to shove, there's still no replacement for displacement.

Candyman I'm with you all the way... I'd much rather have an old muscle car then some ricer car with a muffler the size of a watermelon on it.

I remember watching The Fast and the Furious (dumb movie, unless you like lots of rice), but my favorite car in that entire movie was the 1970 Dodge Charger. That car could have killed any ricer in that movie...I wish I had one :(

It would've, if there weren't any turns at all.

There are plenty of American Pony and Sports cars than can handle very well.

Diver has a pretty sick vette. Diver, post up some pics man!

The newer model Vetts are a perfect example, 49/51 weight ratio and full traction control is hard to beat!

That was a great vid! I would like to know what the tuners were driving.

Well... at least the kids with the camera can appreciate that the vette was far superior to them.

I'm not a vette guy, but I do prefer the old/new muscle cars over ricers. The look, feel, sound and dependability just can't be replicated with a 4 or 6 banger.

Give me a Mercury Marauder over any ricer any day...
