What's up RCT!
I decided I needed yet another project this year; I've decided I want to build a backyard crawler course. Something so I don't always have to pack up and leave if I want to test gear or just blow off some steam for a few.
Mrs Creepy is giving me this back corner of the yard so LET'S GO!
I don't really have a hot clue what I am doing with design so here is what we are starting with.
My workable space here is around 21' x 4'.
I would like to keep it in tighter than 4' and keep it away from the patio stones at the bottom.
I want it to match the esthetic of the backyard so we're going to use black granite and brown pressure treated lumber.
If anyone has any experience and they wish to share any information with me about building a backyard course I am all ears!!
Being inept at this stuff I asked Chat for help.
We worked through a bunch of revisions.
What is that vehicle?!?!
This is just bonkers.
Like, how abstract of you Chat. How are trucks going to float to obstacles?
Try again
And again
Let's go for gold this time
There we go!!! That looks like a good time right there.
So now we have a bit of a plan to follow, something to visualize. Now to figure out where to get rock from and how much I need.
