:)In the center of the spur gear is a hex nut. Tighten it all the way down, then back it off between 1/8 and 1/4 turn. It might be slightly worn or glazed from too much slipping, so start on the tight side and let us know when you have it up and running again.
 
Ok, Rolex, thanks for the help, I appreciate it, right now i've gotten the entire rear end of my truck torn off, including the engine, and I've finally gotten the rear diff out and there's no chips in it or anything.. refer to my other topic for more info and I would appreciate help VERY much!!
