Axe 550 2700kv Hobbywing link issue

A question for those with the early Axe system V1... I'm having connection issue with the HW link app. I have a new AXE 550 2700kv and the ESC V1. I've deleted and reinstalled the app and still freeze up on me while to load settings. App works great on my other Axe 540L R2-2800kv... Any ideas on what to do Thanks

thanks, that's my next plan. I was just wondering if anyone one else has had known issues and a fix
