AX-10 ? How much weight in your wheels?

The instructions have a lil excerpt at each place where there is an option part involved. Like when you assemble the axles, the instructions have a lil section to the side showing how to install the heavy duty ring and pinion if you have it, but the regular comes stock, same with the links and all the other hop ups. Don't sweat it though, I got my kit before the bent links, so I uilt it with the stock links, and then when I got the bent links I had them swapped in about 5 minutes.

Yea,I saw the optoinal parts boxes. But on the links there are no option boxes, Even in the parts list it shows the 6X101mm-30 links. Kinda misleading. Oh well I'll get them on the next order...


DUUUHHHH, I just realized I downloaded the ARTR manual. OOPPPSS....LOL!!!!

The kit doesn't comes with straight links. The ARTR comes with bent rear links.

Ok. I'm confused. My kit came with straight links???

I think the kit comes with the striaght links, unless Axial has updated the kit. I'll find out in a day or so. Mine should be here anyday.

Sorry alpine, that was a typo. it was supposed to say the kit doesn't come with bent links. The ARTR comes with bent rear links.

I haven't run them yet in my rig, but Jason, who works for maxamps and really knows his stuff, has been running them in a rig that draws more current than my Goat, and they're working great for him.

At my LHS. They are mainly in the airplane sections.

They stock them at just about all hobby shops, and this isn't coming from someone who has a hobbytown in their backyard. I have a small shop in my town that doesn't have anything crawler, and they carry weights for the plans and trains. You can also buy them at an autoparts store like autozone or somewhere, because they use them to balance full size wheels and tires. You could order them as well. A lot of people are saying they don't want to pay shipping, but I would order them in a heartbeat and order several packs to justify the shipping cost.

If you don't have a hobby shop,Tire shops are a good source too. Sometimes they will give them to you,if you don't want to many.
