Are these RC's pretty much the same besides a few details?

Need some help here it's driven me ...here are some pics of both RCs..besides the little difference in the plastics. Are they the same RC.. Let me know what you think guys.. THANK YOU.. So this is pis of the first one

So from top down the top 7 are one RC and then the next 7 are a different one... I'm thinking they are the same.. besides one a single speed and other a 2 speed.. and the a arms one stock ones aftermarket... what do you guys think...

It looks like the chassis have differen shapes and hole positions. The diff housings are different. The inboard plastics are different. What are you trying to do by comparing these?

Parts for other one as far as front clip and rear clip.. Basically parts off one for the other. I know there is some difference. The one has aftermarket a arms with the camber adjustment on the top one but they have them for both..the diffs are the same just that the one has the added sway bar..if you zoom in on the one it has the holes for the sway bar to be mounted but not installed.. the towers are just cut different but same lay out as far as mounting shocks and to car. but for the most part.. they are the same. I've been looking up the one for a new guy and the searches keep spitting out the other one.. so I started looking at the pics and they are about 85-90% the same cars I believe. At a glance they look different but up close pretty much the same..just different top plastic brace the goes over the steering servo... its driving me crazy because you know how china rolls. They will put out two of the same RC and change little things like the plastic.. and then charge completely different prices one alot more then they other

Yes here's the thing the cars above ones the hsp camper and the other redcat tornado s30.. crazy rite.. can't find a manual on the hsp camper. But started looking at them and really that's the one big difference

While they are very reminiscent of one another there are a lot of subtle differences from what I can see. While I'm sure one is a copy of the other its not a direct clone so while you may find some cross over in parts comparability theres going to be a lot of non compatibility also.

Oh yeah I get that 100%.. I'm wasn't try to say it's a 100% identical RC.. that's why I was saying pretty much the same... I can pick them apart as far as different parts.. but I can probably use the arms off one for the othe.. shock towers.. tie rods if same measurement.... but really was just trying to use one as a reference for the other...just wanted some other opinions.. wasn't trying to put the tranns or engine in the other... Basically just for a spare part situation really...

Well that is also the problem I'm seeing.. because depending on where you are looking.. there is two different scale sizes to the camper.. 1/8 and 1/10.. that is the problem with all rc cars some of them are classified as two different scales.. when they are so close as to the 1/10 and 1/8...

I wasn't worried about the wheel base length. Not trying to use the drive train or tranns or center.. cvds..I'm sure they are different.. never said the are exact match.. but that's not what I'm wondering... do you have a camper?? Because that would help??
Plus I wasn't trying to be spot on perfect match it was more of a spare part issue bud...

And if you really want to get technical the Tornado is 279 almost 280mm and not 275mm so what ever site said that is off from what I have in front of me LOL that's what I mean there's different answers every where
