Are parts interchangeable between new HPI Savage X 4.6 and the older model?

Would anyone have an idea on whether parts can be exchanged between the old savage X (crystal radio model) and new savage that just came out?
Basically I am wondering if I can buy parts for the new savage and fit them on my 2000's model?

I cannot find info about this online.

The only one that I know would be hybrid on y-tube ,I think he has both old an new for comparison ,you
might can message him!..

Look up the savages on hpis site, click standard parts, check part numbers. Owning different year rs4s, I'm leaning to same parts.
