I'm looking for the name of this tread pattern...

Hint; it's from the 1st generation GS Storm RTR.

The image is located on photobucket, just in case it comes up missing/bad.

Excellent, thank you! I've searched a long time for these tires - Guess I shoulda looked under my nose, eh? lol. You'd be amazed how well they hook up.

Actually they do work well, used them at the track when I 1st got my buggy.

Hehe @ Eddy - You're right there

I'm just curious if they still make that exact pattern, since the newer RTR features a woops II style tread. If they do, I'm all over a set... As PSunitro said, they do indeed hook up well. Excellent side-bite, great forward bite. Looks like an order is in order, so to speak.

Kinda like Duratrax's Diamond Spike tires of the past.... Now those are classics, lol.

i got my violater ripping,, the ofna "X and =" tread works really well (I'm not a big fan of bow ties or all pins cuz they wear out waay to fasy, even though they usually give the best grip on track surfaces) the x and = grips too much on road, but just eanough in the foliage and gravel to do powerslides, then flick myself into controll... its pure fun
