Came across these foams and was curious if anyone has tried them and if so what was the difference between no foams and these?

I know everyone runs LP front with glued sidewalls and no foams but my OCD brain was always bothered by the lack of support in the middle even if they work fine that way.
The reason used to be foams didn't fit but these were made for LP tires.
