It can be purchased from any leading online retailer. If your on a budget you may want to look at getting Adobe Elements. Its only $99.00

Yeah full blown Photoshop with all plugins is well over $700.

Well,

I'm surely not gonna support Piracy and theft but lets just say that a fullblown copy of PhotoShop isn't hard to find on the net.

I payed $500.00 for mine and I never use it.
