Have you watched the last few plate races? The most dominate car has been the 24 and the wins prove it. Another factor is Waltrip is passing jr more instead of pushing him. Waltrip was the only car that had a shot at Jeff in Talladega jr wasn't even close.

I think that has to do with, them switching teams and cars around, they need to test them sons bitchs and gettem rolling,i think by daytona jr and mikey will have there poop together and will be taking control, and no i haven't been watching the race's latelly,i get pissed everytime gordon takes the lead so i just haven't touched the remote.

Godale3, I was lucky enough to have a few of my own photographs that I took while shooting the races signed by Earnhardt senior, as well as a bunch of other drivers. But My autographed pics of Senior That I took, are definately the favorites in my nascar collection.

Thats awesome NC! You know it is kind of funny, I chrish something from a man I never knew... but I knew him my whole life... or at least a side of him. Know what I mean? I just can't believe you had the oportunity to photograph NASCAR. I bet you got to get to all sorts of places the normal fan couldn't access. Pretty neat. Thanks for sharing my friend. It's kinda funny, wether your loved him or hated him... everyone has an Earnhardt story to share. NASCAR was forever changed that day.

Your right, it has not been the same since his death. Without the black #3 intimidator out there, theres just something missing. I had all access areas passes, pit road, garage, roof, inside turns, outside turns, media center, it was great!

I dont have many of my images on my new pc, but here is a couple I do have a couple of Junior...

And one of Stewart too...

NC, That is badass... you were right there bumping elbows with the elite of the elite.... Had to be an adrenaline rush of all adrenaline rushes.... I had pit passes one year but for the pits only.... no garage passes. I was just thrilled to be able to walk on the track, and down on pit road. Got a couple pics of me on Sr's and Jr's pitboxes... the pit crews let me hold an impact while the pics were being taken.... Even almost ran into Brooke Gordon, wow, I am not a Jeff Gordon fan by any means but he was a lucky man. :) I have never been that close again. Do you have any copies of pics for sale... not the autographed ones of course.. but pics of Jr, and or Sr? If so could you PM me? Thanks man...

I was really big into NASCAR but since the TV deal with Fox and NBC, it has just ruined it for me. Don't get me wrong, I still watch the races and pull for Dale Jarrett or Tony Stewart but listening to Frick and Frack on Fox just irks the poop out of me. Usually watch on TV with it on mute and listen to the broadcast on MRN or PRN. Bestwick was so much better on the radio than is with Wally Neverwas. F1 is tops on my list these days except with this deal they put 4 races on CBS. OMG, my three year old could have done a better job than Spudhead Daley and Jack Myroot. I used to go to races all the time when I lived in Savannah, GA, now I've been gone every year since I moved to Indy for the Brickyard.

I like Jr I guess was always a fan of his father. I perfer Nhra Drag racing though hehe whats not to love about doing 320 in 5 seconds :jet:

I haven't really followed NASCAR for a couple seasons, but I'm watching more this year. I've always been a Jeff Gordon fan. Hell, my sister-in-law even got a #24 mockup that the local body shop displays for the day when she married my brother. No doubt he and I took off in that puppy even before the guests had left the church. I have also rooted for the underdog. I used to pull for John Andretti and Johnny Benson Jr. But they just fizzled. So this year it's all JG.
Oh, and Tony Stewart really needs to secure Kleenex as his primary sponsor. Whiney bastard.

You know that statement could have been used for old Jeffy a few years back....... :)

Talking NASCAR is like talking Politics, and religion.... an argument between two drunk people is bound to break out!!!! :boxing:

Here is a couple pics of a 1/18 diecast that I customized a while back. The car has been lowered, bumpers molded into the body, doors filled in to appear as a solid fiberglass body. It also has custom made wheels. The car started off as a Muscle Machines 67 Gto. It also has a hand formed rear spoiler. Just thought I would share it with you guys :)

So true LOL.

GotNItro Jeff has complained a in the pass, every driver has....But you don't see him acting like a big baby and take it out on his or someone else's car like Tony does. That is what really turned me off with Stewart...If he wants to retaliate he should wait until they get out of the cars and then do something about it. At least that way you don't cost someone else thousands of dollars because you got your panties in a wad. IMO Tony has as much skill as anybody out there but will never be a great driver with that crappy attitude.

Jesse that is a sweet looking ride. The engine looks great.

Yes i have seen jeff complain, last year,He DNF'd because a driver hit the wall and got stuck up there,oh mr. jeffrey had 1/4 of the track to move down one lane, but nope,he drove right into him,t-boned the guy in the third turn, i can't remeber the name of the track but I'm almost certain andy hillenburg was the driver falling victim to jeff gordons stupidity, then he bitched and winned all over t.v,while insulting the guy because he got in a wreck, and he said,Guys like him should no longer be allowed in nascar because they get in the way and they can't drive,mr. gordon was the idiot.

I'm no Gordon fan but I have to say that you're leaving out quite a bit from that after incident interview. gordon also stated that he knew it wasn't Andy's fault. Gordon never directly insulted himthat I remember. Gordon said something about guys not meeting minimum speeds shouldn't be out there slowing up traffic. I have to say that he's completely right too. The Nextel cup series is the best of the best stock car series. If a competitor can't compete then they shouldn't be out there. I can't remember what track it was either but I know it was one of the faster ones. He T-boned him at a very high speed. when you're goin that fast you can't just cut the wheel like some kids kickball rolled out into the street when your doin 25. Like I said, I'm no Gordon fan but I won't dog him out evertime he's involved in something. I prefer to be a bit more fair than that.

I don't remember seeing the wreck or interview that your talking about so I can't com mint on it. I can state the facts...Like him or not, he is one of the best NASCAR has ever seen. Nobody has won the amount of races or Champion chips as fast as he has.....Not even Richard Petty or Dale Earnheart SR.
