And thats EXACTLY what this place is. I was never ONCE complimented on my bake, my product or anything I did, just told to work faster...

I run the show in my shop of around 75 employees and have a great relationship with almost everyone under my responsibility. I try to run things VERY laid back and will help anyone who truly needs it. As I've told them before I would not ask them to do anything I wouldnt or havent done myself. Going directly into management vs working thru the shop and slowly climbing the ladder are 2 completely different situations. An excop was probably given the managers position solely based on his background vs bieng a true baker/chef who has gone thru the ropes and knows how hard it is to learn a new job. Screw em Killer!!! Theres other jobs out there and I'm sure you'll find 1 of them
