Aluminum bulks???

Be aware that the ACNCM rear bulks alignment for the diff collar is off. It's about 6-8 mm to high and may cause issues if you have an XTM 21 conversion chassis.

I had to mill out the holes down about 8mm. I then filled the hole completely with jb weld, waited for it to set up, then drilled a hole for where the collar needed to be.

Without doing this, the rear center axle actually rubbed on the engine mount screw enough to wear a nice groove in my xtm cvd, and there wasn't any way i could get the engine off without removing the whole rear section first.

Just an FYI.

Other than this, the bulks are damn solid. I beat the living crap out of my truck this weekend for 4 hours and no repercussions.

What was the price total? And where did u order from?

wdavidhicks, I have a set in my possession as we speak. I am doing a fairly large hop-up/rebuild project right now. I too am going with the RPM arms on my truck, as well as RPM bulkhead braces. I will have lots of pics and a few reviews very soon. :naughty: BTW, see the reversed engineering thread to see where the extra bracket that comes with them goes, scottm was nice enough to post something useful in that thread, even though he did not mean to, thanks again scottm :wedgie:

I'm just now getting around to puttin' the beast back together.

I figured out that extra bracket after I found the extra set of tapped threads in the front bulks. I have the UE diffs and it was necessary to do a small amount of dremel grinding on that bracket before it fit.

One thing I didn't notice until I read his post at RCRev was the extra meat on the rear bulk. I think he's really gonna save some pins.

The other thing I like is that the threads for the chassis screws are tapped all the way through. When I first did the .21 conversion with the thinner ti chassis I had to shave the screws 'cuz they were bottoming out in the old bulks.

I am working on getting my beast back together too. The bulks are really nice, RcSolutions did a very nice job on them . I am waiting on a couple other parts to show up before I can finish putting my truck back together  Then it's off to test them out!
