Hey all
Can anyone enlighten me as to how to check what bodies fit my FTX Bugsta, is there a trick or is it just checking shell sizes one by one?
I'm guessing the FTX carnage pick up body fits but any ideas what else works?
I was planning to eventually convert one of my nitro buggies into a wide track pick up but think the electric would probably be better for it, if I can find a body and fit some different wheels!
Even thinking of a retro 90s pick up shell after seeing that post on here the other day!
I just like the idea of a wide 4wd pick up I can run up the farm tracks here!
Cheers!

All you will need to do is messure the width of your RC. From the ends of your A arms. And then also you wheelbase front to back.. here a few thing you can read give you a better understanding bud...

Cheers stoner mate, I'll have a read through them! I don't mind if the wheels stick out a bit but the length has to be right!

All rc wheels stick out. Last pic are RC's from the 80s and early 90's. So it's always been wheels out 👍👍

Sweet! Would love one of those old retro looking shells tbf, I even wondered if you could fit something completely different to it so I'll see what is around!

Which retro body one? The blackfoot for ranger side step. Or the Kyosho Pro X body?

These are the types I mean bud, totally my type of looks haha either that or maybe look at converting it to some kind of on road shell, just want to play with it a little bit while I do the nitro cars up and get then running well

Oh the rc10 bodies. Yeah those are nice bodies.. you can basically fit any body on the rc just as long as the wheelbase match. You can always raise up the mounting posts to name it work
