Believe it or not in the 20+ years that I have been driving I have been in your beautiful state but twice. I love the bad lands for some reason but western Montana sure as hell is pretty! If I get up there this two week summer I will hollar at you!

I wish we only had a two week summer. last couple of years its been about a 3 month summer of 90+, usually plus, weather.

there are reasons I like cold weather, and montanas dry heat is one of the tops.

I want to summer there when I retire and winter at home. Going to be 55 degrees at home Christmas day! Of course three years ago it was +5 degrees on Christmas day. The well pump froze up and the water heater at the farm house blew that morning so we had no hot water to help melt the six inches of ice in the troughs. That was one cold Christmas day... Who says the desert is hot?
