Hmmm, yes it did.
I think I may just do that. This Mill is crazy fast way more than I will ever need. An additional shim wouldn't bother me a bit.

naa honestly, your paintjob looks fine. I've said it before, no one comes up and examines the body with a magnifying glass, and you can't see the little imperfections from far away. Unless they aren't 'little'.... one time I managed to stick a finger in a nice freshly painted body... ugh.

About the HSN - OS engines are like that, if you are used to other mills, you will find the smallest adjustments make a world of difference on the OS in comparison. (I'm thinking it has to do with how tight the threads are on the needle) Make sure you only turn it a tiny bit at a time when tuning. Once you get it right, those engines hold a tune great.
