What wheels are those I'm liking them and need some new ones for my aftershock.

They are the stock wheels that come with the new xxl. You can find them on ebay for $40.

Ya, the mach 427 that came in my LST was kind of a turd. I threw in the new mach 454 and love it so far.

I agree with the glue, almost lost the pins and decided to glue and had no issues since.

Losi 454 is a awesome engine if u wanna stay with losi.

Just ordered the flux blur esc and alphastar 2350kv brushless combo. Hopefully the aftershock will be up and running this weekend.

Did a few minor upgrades on the LST this weekend. Installed new Dynamite max life clutch shoes and springs, along with a new flywheel. Bought a new lid, new sway bars, F/R bumpers and RPM gear cover, which is much stiffer than the stock cover. Also changed out the shock fluid to 50 weight and added my new RC Raven dual rate springs.

I got bored so I decided to repaint the top of my roll bar with bed liner.

Nice, I need to try that bedliner trick. How's the Dynamite clutch kit, does it lock up any better than stock?

The new shoes defiantly help, but I am comparing them to my old clutch shoes which were so worn and glazed over, they were starting to slip pretty bad. The bed liner works good, I mainly did it because I was sick of looking at those big scratches on the top of the roll bar. ;)

Finally, a little more progress on the aftershock. Once my steering servos arrive, the beast will be complete.

I couldn't resist trying it out. This is only 4s. Click for video.

Five months later and I can finally say that the aftershock is finished. This thing is a blast to drive! Here is a short video.

Dang you can't even keep it down! You definatley need a wheelie bar on that thing.

Ya, it is ridiculous. I am going to turn down the punch control to try and keep the front wheels on the ground.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to get those parts individually on ebay? Jenny's RC, Dollar Hobbyz and Lumidave are a few that I always see parting new trucks out, Dollar Hobbyz is where I got my parts from when I had to rebuild. You should be able to get all of that for a lot less, you could probably convert it to a XXL and still have a little change. I think if you hit ebay you could get everything in that kit, minus the wheels, arms and inner gear cover with enough $ left over to get the RPM arms and gear cover insyead of the stock. The only hard to find part from that kit (from what I've heard) are the wheels. Just my opinion though. Also what is the difference in the side rails?
