These are for those that like the aftermath of a bash session instead of seeing clean rides all the time. I couldn't stand leaving them dirty that long, so they are already clean.

My savage:

Casualties:
Bent front right shock shaft.

My HB Lightning:

Casualties:
Wheels jammed up because of mud.

Yummy. Looks like you had fun. The most fun part is cleaning them!

UTO look at that sexy buggy with the killer tires that thing looks 100% better than when i had it I'm glad your driving it and enjoying it alot.

Yep, tons of fun. The new pipe is REALLY REALLY LOUD by the way... but I like it. Much more responsive and it runs cooler, a lot cooler. Running that pipe made me have to lean it out considerably just to get the temps back up to 220. Tons more low end power. Top RPM is a little less, but I like the low end grunt more anyway.

I also replaced the front shocks with OFNA 9.5 buggy shocks. I'm probably going to replace the rears witht the OFNA 9.5 rear shocks at some point as they are all leaky and I just don't the the HB ones are as beefy.

For those who may want to know what a savage header and pipe look like on a buggy(This was 15 minutes after the above pics):

The HPI ribbed pipe is much better than the XTM 21 pipe.

I still need to find a front center support... anyone know why HB stuff is all on order at almost every website? Is it because of the merge with HPI?

i want to built a mud drag like they do on tv.. make it about 50 ft long.. and gooey would have to plastidip everything buti think it would be fun.. my ride of choice would be my buggy with truggy hubs and t-maxx tires.. they just look like mean muddin tires

anyone ever did this?? anyone wanna try it?? do i have a death wish for my rides??

Nope, I'm sure there are people who have done this... The vehicle needs to be washed off and dried with every use though... mud and water get everywhere... in the bearings, gearboxes, suspension pivots... you name it, its most likely there... The electronics need to be sealed up and the air filter needs to have something over it so the water and mud doesn't get in it... I think it would be awesome. Too bad my dirt out here is like 100% clay... way to sticky to just drive in when its wet... The tires get super huge with mud build up... i just stick to the street in the winter... mudding around here isnt worth it..

What buggy and what hubs? I want to do the same, but the only ones I know of are the OFNA ones to run savage/maxx rims which is the hex size I want, but they aren't in stock anywhere yet. Or are your hubs for the larger hex rims?

there for the stock savage/t-maxx sive hexes.. i got a set for free from rbmaxxbasher.. they were on the roller he bought.. but there messed up.. 2 are missing the threaded part and and two are rounded off.. I've seen them on ebay but they were expencive.. the buggy is an ofna ultra gt with a nitro star .25 on it..

they have the 23mm hexes on ebay right now hub adaptors for a buggy for $35 I think it was.

Damn Olds you make me proud. There are only a few here that bash their rides like that that I have seen the aftermath and you are in the top 5. Looks like it was a lot of fun. May want to try the mugen Big Bores if the 9.5s are hard to find. I myself am going to be getting the UE SHock rebuild kit for my UE's as they need it!!!

Nice rides dude!!!

jon has never seen us lol.. we have accually scared off a guy.. he came once and then didnt show back up.. we called and called.. wannarunem finaly contacted him.. he said "man you guys are to rough for my taist.." i laughed so hard lol.. but hes right we show no mercy on our rides.. but hey i wouldnt have it any other way.. and fixin them is half the fun!!! ill have to get pics of the ramp were working on.. will soon have a websight and videos to rival the SMF guys... anyone interested in joing the dayton bashers.. hit me or wannarunem up.. if you live in tha dirty south (south east texas)

I failed to mention, I didn't bend one of my UE shocks... I bent my new era upper arm. So much so that it was binding the suspension and making it act like a bent shock. I didn't really notice it at first, but I took the shock off and the action was fine... then I noticed a slight wave in the arm. It was bent about 1/2 inch. After a little "tap" of a hammer and a brick, it's back to straight now. I beat the crap out of it sunday just to make sure it was good... it is.

Jon you are right Olds is a true basher............
Olds you are in the top 5 bashers..
And #1 bodgers
