  1. Bashing
Right, Xmas is near and i have two hobbies, Warhammer and RC's
I'm thinkin of splitting my money between both as I'm addicted to both and my folks have bought me a Storm RTR for Xmas and I'm new to this hobbie and was wondering if you could help me with a few questions?
Well anyway here they are:

1. Is a Storm a good RC to start with?
2. Are the hop-ups easy to "install" as I'm only 14 and my dad probaly wont be a good source of help!
3. What are a few ESSENTIAL hop-ups i should get first?
4. And i have chosen some Proline Knuckles are these a set set of wheels?

Thats about it for now.. I think

1. - yes

2. - very easy usually only a few screws/clips

3. Good steering servo / shock towers (stocks bend easy) / and when ya get some money a good engine

4. Any reason knuckles? - Tires are dependent on what kind of terrain u drive on. Usually when you buy tires they are per pair (so 2 needed) and you will also need a set of rims (4), unless u buy pre mounted sets - tire and rim are already together

You won't need shock towers unless you start trying to do flips. The shock towers are fine unless you land on them. A nice thing to have is the Storm Ergal Rear Bulkhead Brace. If you do happen to slam the buggy on it's wing hard, chances are you will bend your rear shock tower and possibly break your rear differential case. The bulkhead brace supports the differential case where the rear shock tower is mounted to prevent it from breaking. The only weak point will be the wing mount, not saying it's weak but if you go with 7075 alu rear shock tower or Ti and the brace the only thing that has a chance of breaking is the wing mount but a little in air throttle can save you.

1. Yes, excellant

2. Depends on what hop-up. Dont worry about that though, you wont have to deal with them and you will easily pick it up as u go along

3. None really, just you will probably want a new pipe after hearing how loud the stock one is

4. Tires are all good in the right conditions. I use knuckles because of my track conditions.
