Ok i recently bought and Nitro Team Associated RC10 GT2 truck, can i swap motors with an HPI Touring R spec? The motor is a OFNA Picco non pull start. the GT2 motor is a team associated 15? is that a 1.5 or .15 cause i havent ever seen a 15....???

Does the Receiver has to coincide with the steering and throtle servos? or can you mix match them? and if that's the case where they do have to coincide i have a Futuba T2PHKA MJ controller and a Futuba FP-R122JE what frequency do these take and which servos go to it????

I'm having idleing issues with the RC10 GT2 cause of the colder weather, how do i tune the motor so once i take off the glow plug igniter it doesn't die?

I think that's all i have for now... sorry for the crazy barrage of questions. Any input or ideas on how to solve these questions is greatly appriciated. :) Thx

If you can plug the servo into your reciever, it should work.
Wrap the cooling head on the engine with something to help keep it warm. Engines will over-cool in cold weather and can lead people to run them too lean. As it is you may need to richen the high speed needle for the cold weather.

I'm guessing it's a .15. .12 was pretty typical back in the day, but most RTR's now come with at least a .15, some with a .18.

.15 is just a cheaper way to get more power into a RTR as is the .18.
