8S chargers ?

Hi all, new to the forum.

Is there a good charger out there that does 8s and works on 12 or 24 DC input. LF something capable of reading cell resistance, storage charging etc. and can be used as a quick voltage checker ?

I've read reviews on the iSDT T8. Some good, some bad but my understanding is you need to other hardware if you want to do anything other than charge.

Not having much luck finding options and I'm trying not to break the bank .
