Hey all, I've been running my K8S on a track at home recently, it's hard packed clay. The stock tires are okay, but definitely not race worthy. I see there are still some race tires available for the Losi 5ive T. Has anyone ever fit them on an Arrma 8s? My concern is wheel/hub clearance. At around $300 for a good set of beadlock wheels, inserts and tires, I'm a little concerned about them not fitting. Thanks.

both are 24 mm . you would have to ask on what offsets are?
It appears most if not all the Losi 1/5 wheels are zero offset. My concern is the 4.75" bead diameter and whether they would clear the Arrma hubs. I run Arrma tires/wheels on an Xmaxx, but they need extended hubs to prevent the wheels from hitting the arms and steer links. The Xmaxx can use the extra width as it's an HCG MT and somewhat tippy in stock form. The Arrma 8s rigs are quite wide already. adding to that wouldn't likely help the handling any. Too wide is no good. Thanks for the reply. :thumbs-up:
I just stumbled across some GRP 1/6 buggy wheels and tires I am going to try. They measure out at 7" tall, 2.75" wide. Worth a shot I think. They're less than half what a set of 1/5 beadlocks will cost me, wheel ID is a hair under 5" so they should clear the hubs no problem, zero offset too.
