sorry to say buudy but if it is wore out, then it is wore out. but if it still has some life in it then it will produce alittle more power than usual but will also bring it to the end of its life alot sooner. and a higher nitro is not a fix for better idling. mostly. but it is weird, you would be the first person i have seen interested in running 30% in the 2.5:hehe:
 
I was just thinking that you want a little less compression when running the higher nitro content, so I've heard anyways. Figured I might be in the right situation to rip a quart of 30% through her while I wait for my 3.3.
 
Cool, I have used engines at the end of their life to do all sorts of stupid tricks....because if you kill it....well the pain is not too bad right?
 
haha so true...
i have a vertex .18 that is stuffed like no pinch what so ever... have to do the whole nitro down the carb and full throttel to start it but i still flog it couse if it dies well then its already dead so who cares
