turn you idle up a little also by tank 4 your ok to lean the lsn out just a touch to get it to be able to rev up. Every 3.3 I have ever broken it which is quit a few by the 3rd or 4th tank I had to lean the lsn out just a little to get it to tank any throttle. Don't lean it like a 1/4 or 1/2 turn just like a 1/8 or 1/16 clockwise. When you turn your lsn in a little it will raise your idle some as well.

You can also let it idle for a min or two before trying to give it any throttle. In other words warm the engine up some before trying to give it throttle. Breaking in a nitro engine is a art and just make sure you follow the instructions word for word and breaking one in can be aggravating.
