Ok I know you've all been on the edge of your seat waiting to hear me tell of my 1st experience with a real RC (not the cox crap with no radios when I was 5).
Well I broke my cherry this morning having a hell of a time watching my T3 do donuts in the street. I kept it out of the snow as good as I could and religiously blow dried anything with moisture while swapping batteries (you guys taught me well). To be honest, by the time the batteries got weak my fingers were numb so it was plenty. I also remembered not to charge warm batteries and the charger was so damn fast I never had to wait.
I don't know how you guys make a strait line with these things. Whenever the car was coming twordes me I had a hell of a time turning it correctly. Spent most of my time just watching it spin the tires and doing doughnuts.
I'm so glad I went electric, so much easier, cleaner and the torque is unbelievable. I can't wait to get my e-maxx!
Well, thanks to everyone who gave advice/help I know much more than I did a few months ago.
