Will a .15 tmaxx engine fit one redcat amd??? Selling it and the buyer is just asking...

Got a link to a redcat amd? I'm not sure what that is. I'm assuming they are asking about the traxxas .15 pro and not the trx 2.5/2.5R. Both are .15 engines, but are way different.

Yah I have no Idea what a redcat amd is either but I have someone buying my .15 engine idk if it's a pro but eh. Yah he wants to fit it on to whatever redcat that is, well if it is possible.

This is the 15 pro: https://www.amainhobbies.com/traxxas-trx-pro-.15-pullstart-engine-w-std-crank-tra4010/p18970
This is the trx 2.5:

and the 2.5R:

All three are .15 engines. The 15 pro is a side exhaust/rotary carb/standard shaft crank engine.
The 2.5/2.5R are traxxas proprietary sized rear exhaust, slide carb, typically pilot shaft crank.

From what I've seen of redcat, many of the 1/10th run engines similar to the first, but I don't know if the specific one your asking about uses a slide carb or rotary carb.

redcat tends to run SH engines and SH usually run a pilot shaft crank, traxxas runs standard style cranks, flywheel and flywheel nut might need to be swapped.
past that as long as the redcat had a rotary carb, should be good.
side note:
traxxas .15 and .15PRO had rotary carbs,
traxxas 2.5 and 2.5 pro had slide carbs.
