If you can't find one then I would just measure the battery you are using and have one 3d printed.

There are sites that you can have parts printed. Shapeways is one. There are also 3d printing places popping up in various towns. You can also check facebook groups in your area, and ask if anyone can print one for you. You'd be surprised how many people have 3d printers.
