This is a re-post(obviously). Instead of just telling me what kinds of cars you like, this time why don't you post pics of the cars?
Also, NO FLAMING!
Thank you.

Big pic is nice, good resolution. The bumper must be for aerodynamics, or else...

If it's a Ferrari 308 GTS, one in excellent condition would run around $40,000 (1985) give or take a few thousand.:)

My dream car

oh really? i thought it was a dancefloor:hehe: ...

I love those Carrera GT concepts those are sweet lookin` My favorite is the Carrera 4 from 1999 I just love that look, other than the porsche 944 of my dreams :D

As for the car, it looks quite similar to the older 1986 GTB-GTS but the body style is different in a few ways, specially the sides, the thing doesn't have the "indents" into the fenders. One of those would cost you around 50-60 grand depending

Now what it really looks like is the 1984ish Ferrari GTO. Which kwang was right in thinking so. Those things had a pretty nifty light alloy block and headed twin turbo'ed V8. I believe it's "number" was the 288 GTO if I'm correct here. If so it pulled a good 400 horses and quite an impressive 0-60 time in the high 4's maybe into the 5's. Just for a good guess those, of of these would probably cost you around 80 to 85 grand give or take a couple. Depending on thier current value of course. :)

Where's my pea soup.. If I'm right of course :D

From guessing, I'd say one of these would cost you a good bit.

The red ferrari almost looks like a kit car, too many of those cheap knockoffs made.

kwong got it right its a ferrari gto ...it might look like a kit in the pic, but trust me its the real thing ....that my wife in the pic back in the late 80's (j/k)....WHAT THE VALUE ???
no not the piece of crap Magnum drove on that tv show. the 308 is a hunk o junk compared to this beast.
this was my fav car when i was a kid .....then it was a 80-82 L82 era vette.

trivia:
can someone tell me the only year since production started that they didnt make a corvette?

if I'm thinking right its sometime in the 80 or was that the year thye didnt make a f body

corvettes arent f-bodies camaros/firebirds/trans ams are f bodies

nope not 1986---anyone find a price on the ferrari gto i listed above? i have this can of pea soup still sitting here!!!!!!!!!!

86-3.jpg

i know a vette aint a f body duh theres is also a year when they didnt make a f body same as a year they didnt make the vette

As far as I know the only year they did not make a Corvette was 1983, after the cross fire injection nightmare of the 82 vettes. Then the 84 was the new design and I lost all interest when they lost their curves.
