JESSE G said:nope, its not very easy to build a 400 hp motor and get 20 mpg lmao!
CorradoPsi said:sure it is, just turbo a 4cyl. power when you need it economy when you dont. my corrado was getting 31mpg the entire way down to florida, then roasted a slp camaro up and over 140mph on the way home, bad tune, low boost and all.

It was built for Dragracing and not daily driving but I drove it on the streets anyway![]()
Ok lol that is true, What I should have said is it hard to get good mpg with a v8 with a 750 cfm carburator, and it had a huge lift camshaft it would barely Idle lol, it sounded sweet sitting at a light. Also this motor was in a 71 satelite looks just like a 71 Charger, very big heavy car = bad gas mileage, please dont beat me Zandor for derailing your thread lol. Fix the T-Bird!!!! :idea:CorradoPsi said:sure it is, just turbo a 4cyl. power when you need it economy when you dont. my corrado was getting 31mpg the entire way down to florida, then roasted a slp camaro up and over 140mph on the way home, bad tune, low boost and all.

lmao!!.21Rc10GT said:Man, the older cars have so much room in the engine compartment they could fit just about any engine you could throw at em, with a little persuading... I know that the engine compartment in my '67 mustang isnt "huge" but go look at a new honda and pop the hood... no room for a wrench in there!!!
