Mine is stock NISMO....it works and that is about all I care about...lol. I am more like you Hamz I am kinda out of the loud pipe days I think.

I'm on a Durango and a Bronco forum. Both of them have a sticky post with exhaust vids. Be able to see what everyone likes or dislikes.

I've got a Flowmaster on the Bronco. Sounds good, but if ya have to ride in it very long it gets on my nerves. The guys there say a Magnaflow isn't as bad.

Think about how it's gonna sound "inside" the vehicle. Spring is almost here. Want a nice sound, but ya want to enjoy the ride too.
Maybe I'm just getting old...

The flowmasters I have on my Trans-Am are the best I have ever had. When I pull up to a red light the idle just sounds so RAD. The ground rattles and it just resonates through out the car. That might be too much for your vette haha.

Do you have any videos of this car? I wanna hear that beast.:mex::devious:

Nice video hamz! Jeff's H1 Hummer gets the same 7 mpg my Trans-Am does on 110 0ctane. I dont think there will be much driving of it this summer

Maybe I will have to have a 20 cc dish machined into my pistons for the less compression becaause these heads are not going. I can honestly say biggest ports I HAVE EVER SEEN!

since when is listening to the pop of an engine bad? if its tuned up right there really shouldn't be a pop unless getting out of the throttle. and even then it sounds good lol

Y not? Majority of tractor pulls I've seen are either alcohol burners or diesel's anyway.

I guess I must be in the getting old crowd myself. My little brother has a Tundra with straight pipes, and although it has a nice tone to it, the constant drone at 60mph drives me bonkers in about 15 minutes. For hot rods, and toys like my bikes, it's fine since I only have to listen to it when I want to. For my daily driver, no thanks.
