1:1 crawling and overlanding

Anyone else do 1:1 adventuring? Where do you live and where do you go out?

I live in Reno, NV. I crawl alot of local rock trails and live 2 hours from the trail heads for the Rubicon trail, Fordyce creek trail and countless others! My rig is a modified 2006 Jeep TJ with 5.25 inches of lift, 35” tires and about a million other mods to get me through gnarly rocks, waterfalls and everything else that this place throws at me.

I'm very slowly building an 06 Envoy for some logging road & trail running in Maine.
I'll let you know if I ever finish it!

Certified mike, thanks! Id love to see an envoy out killin it! Doom, i get it, I've owned that jeep for 15 years and it started out very small. Just loads of parts and money…

Definately will. Gotta wait for the weather to stabilize… one day its 65 out the next day we get a foot of snow. I will post if there are any good recoveries off of the storm starting today.

I'll have to see if I can find the pics of that beast, 87 yj with Dana 44s and an amc360 v8 with a 727 torquflight trans , was a monster on 37s
