I would look into some wl toys cars.

Wl toys 144001 is the only sub $100 I would consider but even that is a pos.

Going to be tough to find anything in that low of a price range. As @Slick2500 said maybe a WLtoys 144001 but it's very cheap quality. You can also look at a Hosim 9125 or (Altair Power pro) same truck different branding. It would be a good cheap start but again it's going to be more than your budget for just about anything.
