Thanks guys. I'm hot gluing velcro to the open side edge now and I just finished fitting the head strap (jewelry flex line) to the nose. I'll definitely have costume pics up tomorrow evening. I CANNOT WAIT!

The clearence for his eyes is a bit close but he'll be fine. It's not like he's gonna be walking around the neighborhood without an adult ya know. :shrug:
