Getting a pretty good chunk to spend this year, just can't figure out what I'm going to spend it on yet. I do know that I'm getting a friend's LX-Pro, and I think I'm ripping out the .21 and dropping in a BL conversion. Depends on the cost of the conversion and the electrics. If not, I at least want to find a decent electric vehicle, maybe an SCT, that I can race during the winter months. I'd still like to get the new Losi XXX-SCT, I can the the BnD version for $189 and use my DX3.0.

I wanted to get a new camera, but I'm not sure I'm ready to drop that kind of money, plus I don't know yet that I'll have that much left over after getting some other stuff paid off.

I would also like a 5b/5t, but again, lotta money, and I could get more small stuff instead.

Decisions, decisions.

Think I might go with a Slash instead. I have a $25.00 gift card to RCPF, (Thanks WoodiE!) and it would be good support for a RCNT vendor.

My wife and I get ours done intermediately after we both get our w2's. We claim 0, so we get a decent amount back every year. Sure, we could claim different and put the money away ourselves... but somehow, it all gets spent. This way, we get to dump some change into savings and we buy a few things.

I got a 5B, she got a PS3. So far, the 5B is the better money spent... the ps3 is now just something else that collects dust. She found out she's very uncoordinated...

Since I obtained custody of my daughter, my taxes have looked pretty good, not only that, but beforehand, I had to up my contribution to my income tax after paying in for a couple years. We are looking at about $3,400 to split, so I can have a little fun now after I take care of some other things.

The biggest problem I'm having right now, is choosing a SCT. The Slash 5803 is a great option for the cost and additional accessories in the box, though I'm told from one of the local racers that the XXX-SCT (which I have been wanting) and the SC10 are probably the better trucks at the track. I also like the waterproof features of the Slash.

I hate money, I never know how to spend it.

Expect a 7 to 10 day delay beyond the regular 10 days, the federal is backed up for some reason. that's what my tax lady said, and I have a want list as well

Wana sell it at a good price? lol

No... will let it sit a bit longer. I bought the move bundle along with another game. Between the ethernet cable, 5 port switch, HDMI and cost of the bundle, the stupid thing was $500.

I know it's probably mean and wrong on many levels, but having a mistake staring you in the face for a few months makes one not so kneejerk on the next "I got to have it" purchase. ;)

2wd, just looking for an entry into racing. I've talked to the lhs owner where the races are held, and he doesn't recommend jumping into 4wd as a rookie, just because the guys who race 4wd are pretty hardcore.

I won't be racing much until fall, but I'd like to get it in the next couple weeks so I can practice. Another reason, I really want something I can run year-round.

Hmmm... Now you got ME thinking of what I'm gonna do this summer. The indoor onroad scene gets pretty slow in the summer from what I've heard... Maybe I'll stick with nitro though. I got a GT2 and buggy that both beg to find a racetrack.

Lol, I'm too busy to think about RC racing in summer, and if I did, it would be nitro mt or buggy racing on Saturdays. With 1:1 dirt track racing, I'm busy all summer. Though if races get rained out, I can race indoor SC if I pick up a SC truck.

I know it's only been two days, but the wait is killing me. I've decided I'm getting the Losi XXX-SCT, so I've been reading about it, and watching videos, and I want it so bad. I just want to get it now!

Hopefully Losi's plastic has gotten less brittle than back when I had a XXX-NT RTR. That would be one of the things that would keep me from buying Losi as RPM doesn't make arms for many of their rigs due to the tight tolerances not allowing for extra RPM plastic.

However, if your racing, you should be fine either way.

I got my return last friday. I went and got a revo 3.3 and a bunch of parts. Then I got a Really nice spektrum radio with the telemetry.
