XTM 21 Pro for Hyper 7?

I am wanting to run a ROAR legal motor in my Hyper 7. I was not that impressed with the factory Hyper 21 that came with it. I see that XTM has a 21 pro Race motor out and was wondering if anybody has any experience with it. I have a couple of 24.7's and they are awesome mills.

I am looking to spend under $200 and wondering what people suggest that run 21's in their buggies. I am also considering Fantom and Picco.

There is a guy selling the XTM on Ebay for $95 BIN. He doesn't really have enough feedback to make me comfortable, but for that price it might be worth a shot. No negatives, just a low feedback count overall.
