Xp3d Help!!!

Ok I just got my XP3D today I hooked it all up and everything and when all the defaults my steering is almost all the way right and my throttle is almost full brake. The servos came set from hpi and I felt them to see if the arms were in the middle and they seem to be pretty much centered even if I mess with the trim all one way it still doesn't center the servos. PLEASE HELP GUYS!!! I have the manual and everything but its pretty basic and just tells you what things do not really any trouble shooting tips lol. Oh and all batteries are new. Thanks.

It sounds like you need to disconnect the control horn, center the trim and reconnect it.

I took the throttle arm off and centered the trim when i hit the throttle and brake it seems to turn toward the brake maybe like 25% and toward the throttle like 75% is that right? I tried turning it more and they are at the end points.
