X-box cratered on me

Its coming up on its 2 year mark and i thought i was safe since i had the falcon chipset but apparently not. I got the E-74 error which is part of the extended 3 year warranty so at least i don't have to pay for anything. Just sucks that i can't stream netflix for several weeks.

They are getting quicker at returning your console. I had to return mine and after hearing stories about how it would take weeks to get repaired I figured it would be awhile, but I think mine took about a week and a half, maybe 2. Not too bad for a free repair.

well mine was out of the warranty when i got the e 74 and when i got it my friend had just got his back after about one month or two..he called and two weeks later he got the box to send it in... sent it and got a confirmation on the shipment 3 weeks later and then two weeks after that he received it in the mail..wat a horrid service...i ended up paying another 100 bucks and gettin an arcade 360 and didnt have to wait 2 months..i also traded in my stuff for lke 80-100 bucks so i just payed for my red controller..its sweettt

they received it, repaired it and shipped it back today.

When mine went in for a RRoD repair they sent a UPS guy to my house the next day, and I had it back in a week. I simply just called Microsoft Denmark.

That was pretty good service IMO. To bad it isn't the same all over the globe.
