No, I don't, but it looks like it would work pretty slick. When you push the button, the other end is a wedge that goes between the flywheel and motor mount plate to stop the engine.

Getting back to not turning off, it sounds like you might have a manifold leak.

my thouhgts exactly rolex I was thinking that there was an exhaust leak somewhere in the system, sounds like the back bressure is not building up quickly enough when you plug the exhaust

It is absolutely impossible for the engine to continue running when the exhaust is plugged, unless it's escaping somewhere else. The only time I couldn't shut mine off that way was after ripping the silicone tube to the tuned pipe. Also check for a good fit where the manifold pipe meets the exhaust outlet. That's a common place for a leak.
If that looks good, look for a crack somewhere in the muffler.
