I don't know what issue with my rc

Welcome in! I can't tell what the issue is, what's the specific issue it has?
 
I didn't turn or anything but when i turned on and connect to the remote he turned a bit
Did you mean that the servo centered itself when you turned it on? If so, that's completely normal. Please post a Youtube video of the issue.
 
I have question can we reset servo?
I have no idea what that means. You don't reset a servo, but you can reset an ESC (if it's programmable) or rebind a tx/rx. Please upload a Youtube video of the issue.

You can reset a servo. you turn radio on .set trim to zero. turn radio off. remove rc battery you then pull servo horn and rotate it to make wheels go straight still might have to use a little trim to get 100% straight
