So I cut my wires too short on my ear an I have a new one to put in, but now I have connectors everywhere because idk how to soder, does anyone have suggestions on what I can do?

I'm assuming your "ear" is actually your ESC? Either that or you are a robot.
Either way, soldering is your friend here. It will be much cleaner and better because soldering and shrink tubing is much more forgiving than connectors in the long run. On top of that, shrink will protect the connection better than any connector.

@thatcraig , with this hobby, I highly recommend a soldering set up, it's a must.
There is a ton of videos available on soldering and you can practice with some scrap wire.
 
invest in a soldering iron that will do the job. and some older .watch youtube vids .learn how to solder .solder new wires on with connector of choice

I have used a 75 watt iron from 1976 to solder and 70/30 solder resign core with a tin of extra resign get a wedge tip . weller makes a good iron with leds its 80 watts. I've had one since 2002 still works great
tin everything before soldering things together
