wing on rc10gt, what you think??

well i had some spare parts laying around, and i was bored... SO i put a wing on my rt10gt. so far I've only used holes that were already there, so its not a permanent change yet. just seeing what you guys think. Its kinda like a 2wd buggy now.. lol I'm looking to make it fly a little flatter on the big jumps, with 2wd you dont get alot of gas/brake control to level it out. i also may move the battery and the small rear skid, so the wing will double as a wheely bar, like the revo.

i have a buggy wing, and a smaller wing like whats on my revo.

ignore the crowd pleazer wing, if i do this that will be left off the new body.

Looks great until you put the body on. You need to loose the wing that is attached to the body.

well i went ahead and mounted it right, only had to drill two small holes and cut the body to fit. i think it will fly a little better now, and if not, it sure looks cool!

it looks like it was made for the truck!

Looks cool Beason. If it works to stablize flight let me know so I can follow suit. I got the MW gt and it runs really good. (Thanks again MW) I will post some pics ASAP as I have made a few changes and got a new body. The MW body is in the museum now as my first gt body! LOL
PS Beason, I need some help with the Rusty. I put a new 2.5r in her and she runs great. The promplem is, steering is a little scetchy. Hard to keep running staight! May change servo. What do you think?

Nice wing man! I need to get one in the front and back. Last time (quite a while ago, lol) I tried a high speed run, the damn thing took flight. Need some downforce.

Have you thought of getting a CRT wing? Looks like one of those ricer racers that put a huge wing on a little car. Looks like a great idea though.

I'm gonna bump this, anyone wanna trade the new yellow wing seen in the first set of pics for one of a different color?? it has no holes or anything, just opened for the pic.

I think a smaller wing would look better. That one just looks out of proportion.

BTW you can dye that yellow wing black.
