To answer your question; Yes, the servo and radio system are compatiable.

Question is what do you plan to put the servo in?

The servo is designed for large scale or jet applications.

320 Oz/in of torque... Holy Smokes Batman!

The only other spec. I read that you may want to consider is that the servo is slightly larger than standard servos.

Will be fine. I use these in my truggy for steering and I'm putting an unregulated 7.4V lipo pack to it:

IMO, you can never have too much torque on a steering servo.
