Will an electric rustler diff fit a nitro rustler.

I am looking into buying a nitro rustler. Will a metal diff out of a 2wd Traxxas electric fit the nitro rustler? I haven't seen any info on this and am worried if I buy one I would constantly be stripping the nylon stock gears.

The diff housing will not. Electric is 48p, nitro 32p. The internal planetary diff gears will. I have swapped them before. Some drills have the same gears also. Some drills a a tad too long.

The aftermarket aluminum spool should fit also.

New Era had some for a nitro stampede. The nitro sport and nitro rustler had carbon fiber chassis and incredible goodies that are long gone.

For the electric 2wd, flm, Hot Racing, and Integy have one, buy I'd look into Integy before buying one.
