Those are just the stock tires. When one side of the truck is off the ground like that, the tires in the air spin real fast and ballon up.
 
To reduce that ballooning, you can apply duct tape to the inner part of the tire. It creates a Belt type tire. USE DUCT TAPE nothing else.

I tried the duct tape. How much to i put in? I did it around the whole inside of the tire with strips up the sidewalls on both sides.
 
I put the duct tape on the foams, not the inside of the tire. It helped quite a bit with sidewall roll and ballooning. I did about 3 complete wraps around the foam, then I jammed the foam into the tire.
