Who has the list of people to watch out for on Ebay?

I need the list of the usernames of people who have screwed you over on Ebay. I tried a simple search, but couldn't find a thread like this. I think all forums such as this one should have a stickied thread about people who have screwed them over on Ebay. I know lots of people have been screwed, and we should try to prevent more people from getting ripped-off by Ebay people.

nitrom3 this is a very good ideal.i haven't had any bad run ins on ebay.as of yet.but i only buy from very respective members.
